Every print is checked and packed by hand before it leaves the studio. If something is not right with your order, here is how it is handled.
Under consumer protection law, you may return purchased products within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving them, without penalty or the need to provide a reason. The withdrawal declaration must be sent in writing by email to info@arisioannou.art.
When a valid cancellation request is submitted, we refund the cost of the product, excluding additional shipping costs resulting from a different delivery method than the one we provide. Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we process your refund within 7 working days and notify you by email.
We reserve the right to withhold the paid amount until we have received the returned product(s). The amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Estate, and the return must be made via our partner courier company.
You may cancel your order only while it is being processed and before it has been shipped. Contact us immediately at +30 6946 262 213 or info@arisioannou.art, quoting your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, the Right of Withdrawal procedure in Section 1 applies.
